Over 100 jobs are available at the Jobs Fair on Thursday 5th June 2014 in the Landmark Hotel, Carrick on Shannon. 

The Jobs Fair 2014 is organised by the Local Enterprise Office Leitrim in conjunction with the Department of Social Protection as a direct response to the many employers recruiting in the area.

Whether you are seeking work or looking for a change in job, the Jobs Fair is a must.  Come along and check out the range of jobs available, meet with local agency staff and find out the supports and services available.

Boasting large regional employers such as VistaMed Ltd., Prior PLM Medical, Finesse Medical Ltd., and Harmac Medical Products as well as Cora Systems, Archway Products and The Landmark Hotel to name but a few, the jobs fair is a must for anyone looking for work.  The event offers a chance to view all the jobs available and meet face to face with all prospective employers in the region under one roof on one day.  Recruitment agencies with vacancies will also be in attendance at the event.

A number of support agencies will also be available on the day to discuss any queries you may have.  They include the Local Enterprise Office Leitrim, Leitrim Development Company, Solas, the Department of Social Protection and NERA.

For those job hunting a HR expert will be available to offer a second opinion on your CV.  To avail of this free CV review, please bring along a copy of your CV to the Jobs Fair and get feedback from an experienced HR Consultant on what makes a good CV and what employers want to see.

If you're interested in returning to work, moving jobs, additional training or just keeping your options open, a visit to the Jobs Fair is a must. With something for employers, job seekers and those interested in training, the Jobs Fair is an event for all.

Employers will learn of the supports available to take on staff such as Jobsbridge and Jobsplus.

A local jobs available stand will allow smaller employers with positions vacant to advertise their vacancy free of charge.

Open from 3pm - 7pm in the Landmark Hotel, admission to the jobs fair is free and everyone is welcome.
